How did you get into teaching fitness? and how long?
I have always been a dancer, but Randi asked me last summer if I had ever thought about it and if I would come join the SWEAT family. Taught my first class in October.
Where are you originally from?
Tell us about your home life. Married? Kids? Pets?
I will be getting married to my fiancé Justin in June! We live with our two pitties Gordo and Phoenix.
What do you like to do in your spare/free time? Hobbies?
Anything creative. I have taught myself sewing, macrame, how to garden, and diy projects around the house. I enjoy snowboarding, and taking the monster pups to the park
Any cool fun facts about yourself?
I got my Pilates certification while stationed in Okinawa Japan
What's your favorite workout or muscle group to exercise?
I LOVE FLOOR BARRE! It is the perfect combination between feeling like you are relaxing but slaying all the tiny stabilizer muscles in the body!!

Whats your favorite thing about teaching fitness classes?
The energy! When I am leading a class, my adrenaline spikes.

Any upcoming goals or certifications?
Bachelors Degree!!! I am looking into a Progressing Ballet Technique Certification. Maybe I’ll have some time this summer to make it happen!
