Our Culture
From the beginning we knew that the culture and environment we wanted to create would be the foundation of what drives our members each day. We feel we have a moral obligation to make sure people feel welcomed and look forward to coming to our studio.
Anyone can go to a gym and pick up some weights or jump on a treadmill, but the relationships and the people are one of the driving forces that can keep people in it and committed for the long haul.

NOT the case! Randi Burke and Bryan Burke were so amazing, supportive, knowledgeable and pushed you at just the right time because they believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself! "I used to go to the gym 6 days a week to do weight work and it became boring real fast. I’m not a patient person, so resting for the next set had me loosing my mind. After finding sweat camp, I’ve found myself way outside my comfort zones and pushing even though I didn’t think anything was left. At the end of the day, this was my stress reliever, the one thing I could push and over do, in my own timing and challenge myself over and over. I’ve never felt better and I can’t wait for next session!! I can’t imagine having any other trainer though, the bond Bryan and Randi share this incredible love for what they do and it’s inspiring! I love watching the girls in the class grow too and I think we’ve become a little team and I’ve never felt more confident and proud of not only myself but the girls I sweat my butt off with, every Tuesday and Thursday. Thank you to everyone!"
